Terms of service

1. Identification

The nordiactivewear.com site is operated by Páginas Vivas – Unipessoal Lda., a private limited company with registered office at Rua de Santo António, n.º 19, 2740-160 Porto Salvo, Portugal, company and VAT number (NIPC) 515778117. Contact: info@nordiactivewear.com.

2. Products and prices

All prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate. We make every effort to keep product information and images accurate; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.

3. Orders

An order is complete once payment is confirmed, at which point you receive a confirmation e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of a manifest pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, in which case the amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by the payment providers available at checkout. Nordi does not store your payment details.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping and return conditions are set out in the Shipping policy and the Refund policy. You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, and Nordi extends this period to 30 days.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, brand, images, texts and design, is the property of Nordi Activewear and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body such as the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre (CACCL, www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or the National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (CNIACC, www.cniacc.pt), more information at consumidor.gov.pt, or use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
