Shipping policy

We prepare every order with care, and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Timelines

• Processing: 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Orders paid before 2 p.m. on a working day normally leave the next working day.
• Delivery in mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Islands and other destinations: longer timelines, shown at checkout.

Costs

• Portugal: complimentary shipping on orders of €75 or more. For orders below that value, the shipping cost is shown at checkout, before payment.
• Rest of the European Union: complimentary shipping from €150; below that value, the cost is shown at checkout.

Destinations

For now we ship only to Portugal and to European Union countries. We do not yet deliver outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Brazil.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an e-mail with tracking details.
