Refund policy

We want every Nordi piece to be exactly what you expected. If it is not, you have 30 days to change your mind.

Right of withdrawal

Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014), you may return any item within 14 days of the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. Nordi extends that period: we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

Cancelling before dispatch

While your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, you can cancel it from your account at nordiactivewear.com/account, or by writing to info@nordiactivewear.com. The refund is in full.

Conditions

  • You may try the pieces on as you would in a shop. Trying them on does not forfeit the right of withdrawal.
  • Return them with the original labels and, wherever possible, in the packaging you received them in.
  • If a piece comes back with wear beyond what was needed to try it on, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from the refund, under article 14 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

How to return

  1. E-mail info@nordiactivewear.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the items you are returning, or request the return from your account at nordiactivewear.com/account.
  2. We reply with the return instructions within 24 hours, on working days.
  3. Send the items within 14 days of telling us about the return, to the address below. Return shipping costs are yours to bear, unless the item is faulty.

Size exchanges

We do not make direct exchanges. To change size, return the piece under the conditions above and place a new order. If you prefer, write to us first at info@nordiactivewear.com and we will tell you what we have in your size, within 24 hours, on working days.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the return, the refund is made by the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days at most. The refund includes the shipping you paid on the order, up to the cost of our standard shipping. Return costs remain yours, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong order, contact us at info@nordiactivewear.com. We bear all the costs and resolve it as a priority. Your statutory guarantee rights are not affected by this policy.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Beyond the right of withdrawal, you have the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Decree-Law no. 84/2021: 3 years from delivery for items with a lack of conformity. Write to us at info@nordiactivewear.com.
