Refund policy

We want every Nordi piece to be exactly what you expected. If it is not, you have 30 days to change your mind.

Right of withdrawal

Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014), you may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Nordi extends this period: we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

Cancelling before dispatch

While an order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, you can cancel it from your account at nordiactivewear.com/account, or by writing to info@nordiactivewear.com. You will be refunded in full.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags and packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items showing signs of wear.

How to return

1. E-mail info@nordiactivewear.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the items you wish to return, or request the return from your account at nordiactivewear.com/account.
2. We reply with return instructions within 24 hours, on working days.
3. Send the items within 14 days of notifying us, to the address below. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty.

Size changes

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size, return the piece under the conditions above and place a new order. If you prefer, write to info@nordiactivewear.com first and we will tell you what we have in your size, we reply within 24 hours on working days.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days at most.

Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong order, contact us at info@nordiactivewear.com, we cover all costs and resolve it as a priority. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected by this policy.
